Deploying Policies
Once a policy has been created, deploying it to all
relevant employees across the organisation takes
just a couple of mouse clicks. PolicyMatter
integrates fully with Active Directory and other
directory services so you can automatically map to
groups you’ve already created. It automatically
detects users when they log-in to their PCs – and
performs an immediate check to see if they are
up-to-date with all relevant policies. Where
PolicyMatter identifies that an employee has not
seen and signed up to a particular policy, it
automatically presents the relevant information
on-screen.
This means that, even if an employee is on holiday
when a policy is deployed, PolicyMatter will
automatically present them with the statement and
questions as soon as they return.
PolicyMatter can also ensure that your entire
workforce does not spend Monday morning reading and
signing new policies by restricting the number of
employees who are presented with a policy at any one
time.
Benefits
Put policy in front of users at a click of a
button
When new policies are introduced or changed,
PolicyMatter can intercept users at login and guide
them through the education and policy affirmation
process. All that you need to do is make the change
and apply it through PolicyMatter.
Assign relevant policies to particular groups
PolicyMatter allows you to present policies to
particular groups, saving staff being inundated with
policies which don't apply.
Ensure policy, policy changes and user acceptance
are in sync
PolicyMatter insures the policies that you need to
deploy and users education and acceptance of them
are inline. Any changes you make are presented to
users for them to read, prove understanding, and
accept, or refer if they have any issues.
Save countless expensive man hours and
aggravation attempting to obtain policy
understanding and acceptance throughout the
organisation
We hear loads of stories of companies sending policy
out and sometimes taking up to 18 months to get it
back. PolicyMatter handles all that for you. You set
how long the user has to action the policy, and it
does the rest. Users can postpone actioning policy,
but PolicyMatter will present the updated or changed
policies to users each time they log on until they
either action or use up their allotted
postponements.
No paper trail to file and store
You've deployed your policy, everyone has understood
and affirmed it, now what? Stick them all in a
filing cabinet somewhere? PolicyMatter stores
policy, versions of policy and users scores and
actions for you.
No archaic forms of policy dissemination
As it's the 21st century, you've realised there's an
easier and better way to do most things. Paper
policy is not only not effective, but just takes way
too much time and effort. Policy dissemination via
email or intranet is better though doesn't allow for
the myriad of benefits offered by PolicyMatter.
